Customisation;

Many of our products are made to order, we try to keep a selection of stock pre-made but it is impossible to anticipate customer’s chosen styles. Please see our Shipping page for more details around lead times.

Klarna;

You can choose to pay using Klarna. Klarna will provide you with specific payment terms.

Fitting;

We will not accept damage for incorrectly fitted products and or damage caused by the fitter unless it is fitted by us. Always seek the advice or service of a professional. 

We are not responsible to damage caused whilst fitting if products are not fitted by an approved professional, please contact us for details if you would like us to fit the products for you.

Refund / Returns;

If you request a refund once your order has been dispatched (non-custom order), but not collected from our delivery partner, you will be charged a 10% admin fee for packing and re-call of the shipment from our delivery partner.

If an item is returned to us due to customs / fees not being paid by the purchaser, we will be unable to issue a refund until the item arrived back with us. You will also be required to re-pay postage, should you wish for the item to be redelivered.

We are not responsible for the cost of import fees / import taxes for international orders.

Once you receive your custom made product, we advise you ensure you are happy with the item, and make us aware of any issues before installing this to your car. Once installed to a vehicle, this voids your right to return / change your product unless it is unfit for purpose. All goods are quality checked before dispatch.

If an item is damaged in transit, please do not install this to your vehicle, and contact us immediately with photographs of the product and packaging.

Airbag cover safety warning;

Airbag cover retrims are ‘made to order’ by request of the purchaser on the understanding they use it for show us / off road use ONLY. 

Airbags will still deploy, however they are an integral part of your vehicle’s safety system and so any modifications thereof must be treated with careful consideration.

Airbag covers are the top section of the airbag assembly, we do not include the airbag itself or any supporting ancillaries. For full retrofits we can supply this when required.

Product advisory;

All Custom Steering wheels are FRAME ONLY, trims, buttons, controls, paddles, ancillaries and wiring not included unless otherwise stated.

Always ensure you notify your insurance company of any modifications you make to your vehicle.
